How to ride & tips
- Step
1Put on a helmet
Pick a helmet and put it on before you ride. Choose a standard one, or one that can hold a recording device such as a phone or GoPro.

2Sit correctly
Sit in the cart with both feet straight ahead and keep your legs in that position for the whole ride.

3Steer with 2 brakes
Pull the brake levers towards you. Ease them off to start moving, pull to slow down or stop. Keep both hands on the brakes at all times — you decide how fast you go.

Children
Children under 1.2 m ride with an adult. Children over 1.2 m who can ride a bicycle may ride alone.

Frequently asked questions
When you reach the finish, leave your helmet in the cart and walk out, then turn right to the shuttle stop to ride back up to the start. The shuttle is completely free!
Track one – the 1,500 m forest track: 5 to 10 minutes. Track two – the 1,000 m adventure track: 4 to 7 minutes.
After successful payment, e-tickets with QR codes are emailed to you and shown under My tickets.
